All prices are plus 9%
tax, and are payable upon arrival.

A deposit of $575.00
lakefront and $475.00 on all other units per week is necessary
to hold your reservation (not refundable). Shorter stays require
a deposit equal to one day's lodging or 50% of the reserved
rate, whichever is greater, and is applied to the last night
reserved. Motel rooms have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Shorter cottage stays have a 90 day cancellation policy.

Early departure: No
refunds for early departures. Should you leave before your
reservation expires, you will be charged in full for all
remaining days.

Cottages and Motel
rooms booked for 3 nights or less may be moved to a similar
unit.

All prices include bed
linens, and towels, but please bring your own beach towels.

Check-In time is 3 p.m.

Pets are by
reservation only and if allowed at the time you are requesting,
there will be a charge of $20.00 per pet with a limit of
two pets.

Day guests are $10.00
per person and must check in with the office upon their arrival.
Please no pets allowed with visitors.
