tax, and are payable upon arrival.

A deposit of $550.00
lakefront and $425.00 on all other units per week is necessary
to hold your reservation (not refundable). Shorter stays require
a deposit equal to one day's lodging or 50% of the reserved
rate, whichever is greater, and is applied to the last night
reserved. Motel rooms have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Shorter cottage stays have a 90 day cancellation policy.

All prices include bed
linens, and towels, but please bring your own beach towels.

We now have 3 pet units
available. Pets are allowed in designated Motel rooms or
Cottages. Advance reservations must be made for your pet.
The daily fee is $20.00 per pet per night. Only 2 pets are
allowed per unit. Pets are not allowed to be left
unattended in any of our units. Pets must be on a leash at
all times while on the property grounds. Pets are not
allowed on the beach or in the pool area. Owners must pick
up after their pets. A major credit card must be on file
in the office . White Oak reserves the right to charge a
guests credit card for "replacement value" costs for damages
caused by their pet. Any disturbances, such as barking must be
curtailed to ensure all guests are not inconvenienced.
Extensive cleaning of the motel room or cottage due to pets may
result in a additional cleaning fee.

Day guests are $10.00
per person and must check in with the office upon their arrival.
Please no pets allowed with visitors.
